Office Desks Ergonomic

back injury (L5-S1 disk minor bleeding) Could this be related to your computer desktop?
I have a friend with an injury lower back. (L5-S1 disc hemorrhage) She is only 21 and has been working in a doctors office on a computer during the last 2 1 / 2 years. Desks at work I realized that it is not ergonomic, who has never had a back injury before it, no heavy lifting, and she was thinking it might be related to the job because of his sitting position. Unfortunately, your primary care physician working at the clinic where he works. When she went to see injury she said disc hemorrhage may occur during the night and could not claim at L & I. One you can keep working because I could do more damage to it at work. He gave some medicines for pain and told him to go for surgery and some type of epidural shots. I told him to go elsewhere for a consultation and you're dealing with. So I was wondering if it's a possibility this could have happened from the desktop of preparation? One has this happened to anyone else out there?
I had a herniated disc at this same level and I'm symptom free. What happened more than 50 years and have only had symptoms 3 times in that period years. Every time I went to see a doctor of Chiropractic and had a relief in a few days. I have no disk space that has been there. The vertebrae have been trying to merge all this time, but never completed the merger. The only time I have knowledge of the condition of being there, that's when he bent over the sink washing dishes. Moreover, I am on my computer for many hours a day …. as long as 18 hours previously. Do not aggravate lower back, right in the ass. For answer your specific question, there is nothing presented is far from suggesting a herniated disc can be caused by sitting. This may be due to a congenital weakness of the area or, in any number of things. Most back problems are in the statement of just bent over to pick something and then could not straighten up. The fact that she is only 21 indicates the congenital anomaly, or rather a bit of serious injury to a younger age. Enough to cause this weakness. Three months a hospital, with a full body cast, convinced me that there must be another way to care for a back injury. They have never required more than five treatments my recovery.
